Yeah, the idea of lazy American's as it pertains to obesity is really lazy humans. We are basically the top major world power but just about everybody on the planet is overweight (by BMI) save several African nations and the far East...
Not sure we technically keep any out all the time. Always depends on what we are having. Typical ones are hot sauce, mustard, honey mustard, mayo and ranch.

ETA - after thinking about it my number would have been higher 5-10 years ago before WFH being prevalent and when I worked out more.
Outlook has a great feature it introduced a long time back called Focus Time where it blocks your calendar for you in advance - you can then choose to tweak it at the beginning of a week or day.
As more jobs are automated I’m curious to see what happens to the WFH trend.
Tangent - I’ll also point out that if folks hate WFH then I imagine they are really going to hate UBI.
I think the key difference here is distractions you can’t control versus ones you allow. I get that doesn’t apply to everyone but I think it does for a lot of us. I don’t have young kids - if I WFH the only thing I have to do it work. If I go in to the office I have to deal with those...
Funny but I’m the exact opposite- constant distractions at the office. People stopping by to say hi or longer conversations. People sitting at their cubicle on calls. Group conversations in the halls. Longer walks to the bathroom. Really long walk to get coffee and food.
