Not really. If you have the money, which the Bears do, it makes perfect sense to get who they think is the best player. Keep him healthy. Herbert is a really good runner but not a very good receiver.

Good time to be buying for sure. I picked him up in a 16 team, 1 QB league for Derek Carr and Justin Fields. When the trade offer came across I had to look at it a couple times to make sure I wasn't missing something. To say I smash accepted is an understatement.

Well, IMO, the 49ers throw the ball more this year. They averaged just under 29 attempts this year, but with Purdy having a full training camp this year in addition to his progression in the offense, I can see a bigger trust factor and attempts go up 5 per game or so. Nice increase but nothing...

For comparison, Fantasy Pros has Rice WR 27 in dynasty PPR and Bateman is WR 78. Draft Sharks has Rice 36 and Bateman 74. IMO, there is no world that you didn't crush that trade

Less receiving yards than Likely and Agular last year. They are still on the team. Bateman is a roster clogger despite the hype and OBJ leaving.
