I am worried about Herschel Walker’s candidacy for the senate; I don’t think he’s up to the job. (1 Viewer)

There was that “I am not a witch” woman from 2010, and also Todd Akin. But I honestly can’t think of anyone worse than Herschel. And he has a pretty decent shot to win. Anyone?

I know you said Senator but if you expanded it to “congress” MTG would be almost neck and neck for me.  If fact she might be worse as CTE isn’t likely a factor.

I’m not even sure of that. But yeah let’s keep it at Senator.

AOC is right up there.  She hasn't accomplished one single thing for her constituents.   Nada, ZERO, bill passed since she took office.
I’m certainly no fan at all.  But with her (as far as to what I’ve listened to her) it’s policy not general wackiness.  I’m really not sure MTG is sane

I'm SHOCKED, SHOCKED I tell you that you don't find any of those people to be horrible.
I didn’t say they weren’t horrible. Personally I think Omar is horrible and AOC and Jayapal not good.
But we’re not talking about ideology here. We’re talking a combination of stupidity, incompetence, hypocrisy, and being a terrible person in private life. And in those areas I don’t believe anyone compared to Herschel.

And let’s get back to the fact that we’re talking about a senator here. A senator is supposed to be a more serious position than a congressperson.

I accept that.

Lol, I mean Biden is horrible and according to Tim there’s nothing he’s responsible for so how bad can Herschel be?

Tim isn't always right and he isn't always wrong. The fact you would spite vote for someone because of a random guy you disagree with on the internet is very sad IMO.

Oh good lord lighten up can’t I try to rile Tim up without Monsignor msudaisy watching over me 😂
I’m all good, GB. But you gotta admit that a whole lot of conservatives voted for Trump for the very reason you stated: simply to piss off liberals. It’s become a factor for you guys.

You think so?  I dunno.

I think a lot of conservatives don’t like liberals and related policy and a lot of liberals don’t like conservatives and related policy .  I think that is indeed a big driver on both sides.  Pissing off the other side I think would be more a complementary benefit, but not why you vote.

The first two names that come to mind for "worst Senator ever" are Theodore Bilbo and Joe McCarthy.  If Walker gets elected he probably can't be w orse embarassment to the insitution than either of them.

Don't act like liberals/Democrats don't do it too. I did it when I was 18 and 20 years old.

To your point I used the word “candidate” here. I don’t know if Herschel would be as damaging as those guys in office (probably not) but he’s a worst candidate for sure.

The only thing she’s passed is millionaire status.

In only 4 short years she went from broke-### bartender to millionaire.  Even if we added up her entire salary from congress in those 4 years that does not equal a million dollars.  And we're not even counting rent, bills, food, car payments, student loan payments or anything else she has to pay for.

AOC is the shiny example of a Socialist - more for me, but not for thee.  But she'll continue to TELL you that she's fighting for you.  She ain't.  Now that she's got a taste of celebrity, power and money you really thinks she's going to give ANY of that up for you?

No ####### way. But she'll make sure you give up what you have.

OK I’m willing to accept that Roy Moore might be the answer. But one way or another Herschel has got to be in the running.

And since Herschel is also the central figure in the worst trade in NFL history, I think there is some synchronicity here.
